## Summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Odon, IN. The role involves directing day-to-day activities of the plant, ensuring safety and quality standards, and promoting a teamwork philosophy.

## About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing plant operations, coaching work teams, participating in process improvement efforts, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality programs. You will also handle administrative tasks, manage employee records, and facilitate communication among team members.

## About You

**Required:**

- Previous management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Knowledge of ISO and SQF uses and policies.

**Preferred:**

- Experience in plastics or extrusion.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on safety and quality.
