About the Role
As a Mobile Service Field Specialist, you will guide dealerships in the installation, training, and growth of their Mobile Service operations. Your responsibilities include coaching dealership staff, solving operational challenges, building partnerships, leveraging technology for success, and managing travel across your assigned territory to maximize impact.
About You
Required:
- A home base within your territory and a reliable vehicle for travel (up to 80% travel).
- Experience in customer service, training, or dealership operations.
- 2+ years of customer-facing or coaching/training experience.
Preferred:
- A college degree (or currently working toward one).
- Background in teaching, training, or coaching.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
