3Search is seeking a Marketing Lead - Marketplace to join their team in New York City. The role involves driving media-side acquisition and optimizing lifecycle and CRM programs for a fast-growing SaaS marketplace.

## About the Role

As a Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for growing the journalist/creator community, managing email and social performance, and taking ownership of campaigns from strategy through execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Content teams to align the go-to-market strategy in the US.

- Proven generalist marketer with breadth across channels.
- Strong lifecycle/email and social expertise with measurable growth impact.

**Preferred:**

- Marketplace, SaaS, or network-driven background.
- Hands-on operator with an owner mindset — proactive, resourceful, execution-focused.
