## Summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join their team in Mount Pleasant, SC. The role involves providing direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their home environment.

## About the Role

As an LPN/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will focus on the medical needs and treatment of patients according to the active plan of care. Your responsibilities will include conducting ongoing patient assessments, administering prescribed medications and therapies, coordinating care, educating family members, and implementing preventative initiatives to ensure quality care.

## About You

**Required:**

- Active RN or LPN/LVN license.  
- 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.  
- Ability to provide care in a client home setting.

**Preferred:**

- Experience with pediatric patients.  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
