Summary

Ameritas is seeking a Lead Transition Consultant - Retirement Plans to join their team remotely in the USA. The role involves serving as the primary liaison during the installation and conversion of retirement plans.

About the Role

As a Lead Transition Consultant, you will develop and maintain professional relationships with financial professionals and clients, coordinate the transfer of plan assets, support the sales team, advocate the implementation process, resolve client concerns, drive client service initiatives, maintain regulatory knowledge, and ensure smooth transitions for ongoing service.

About You

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in business or finance) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant retirement plans experience including extensive knowledge of complex legal requirements and contracts.

Preferred:

  • Retirement plans implementation experience.
  • Experience with MEP (multiple employer plan), PEP (pooled employer plan), and/or PEO (professional employer organization).
  • Less than 2 years’ experience coaching others.
  • QKA-Qualified 401(k) Administrator or other ASPPA certification.
