## Summary
Detroit Medical Center is seeking a Lead Radiologic Technologist to join their team in Detroit, MI. The role involves leading personnel in Radiologic Procedures and performing Radiologic Technologist duties.

## About the Role
As a Lead Radiologic Technologist, you will function as a lead or resource person for personnel involved in Radiologic Procedures. Your responsibilities will include coordinating workflow, overseeing staff, resolving problems, ensuring compliance with standards, and monitoring performance improvement plans. You will also be responsible for scheduling and timekeeping for radiologic technologists and may need to take call/standby as required.

## About You
**Required:**

- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
- Successfully complete American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS) training by end of orientation period.
- Two years progressively more responsible Radiologic work experience.
