## Summary

## About the Role

As the Director of Impact Investing, you will drive an impact investment strategy, manage the investment portfolio, engage with the investor community, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the visibility of oral health investing. Your responsibilities will include investment management, sourcing, due diligence, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.

## About You

**Required:**

- 7+ years’ experience in venture capital/investment management, including evaluating and vetting investment opportunities.
- Experience working with start-ups in an investment and/or operations capacity.
- Advanced financial certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, CPA) or equivalent real-world experience in investment finance.
- Experience working on a small team with a highly collaborative approach.
