## Summary
Siteimprove is seeking a Customer Success Executive to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The role focuses on ensuring that customers achieve success with the Siteimprove platform, realizing measurable value and outcomes from their subscription.

## About the Role
As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage the entire customer lifecycle from post-implementation to retention and expansion. You will work with customers to understand their business objectives and aid them in achieving their definition of success. Your responsibilities will include utilizing tools to monitor customer health, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining up-to-date information on customer status. You will also advocate for customer needs within the organization and participate in knowledge-sharing activities.

## About You
**Required:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success or equivalent history in increasing Customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
- Strong listening ability and persuasiveness to use appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods.

**Preferred:**
- Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience in a B2B Martech environment.
- Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of CRM tools.
