Summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team in Englewood, CO. The role involves delivering exceptional, ethical care for young children using play-based, trauma-informed ABA aligned with the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).

About the Role

As a Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will design and implement individualized, naturalistic ABA for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and integrated treatment plans, conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data. You will also partner with families through clear guidance and compassionate communication while maintaining a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.

About You

Required:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • ABA early intervention experience.

Preferred:

  • Background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
