About the Role
As an Apparel/Cashier, you will be responsible for promoting trust and respect among associates, creating a welcoming environment for customers, processing transactions efficiently, and adhering to company policies regarding cash handling and safety. You will also engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and maintain cleanliness in the checkout area.
About You
Required:
- Successfully completed checker training
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of basic math: counting, addition, and subtraction
- Must be able to meet the minimum physical demands of the position
- Must be 18 or older
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Courtesy Clerk experience
- Second language: speaking, reading and/or writing
